Which wolf is winning in your organization...

A Old Indian Legend….

A Cherokee Chief was teaching his grandson about life. “A fight is going on inside of me,” he said to the boy.

“It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. One is evil. He is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.” He continued, “The other is good. He is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith. The same fight is going on inside you and every other person, too.”

The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, “Which wolf will win?”

The old Cherokee simply replied… “The one you feed.”

When you let go of negativity, you also no longer feed the bad wolf….

The same is true in our businesses today.  Sometimes we focus too long on the negative.  When times are tough, it is natural for the negative to arise.  When prolonged negativity exists, it poisons the well of enthusiasm.  How do you reverse the trend?  It takes focus and commitment and often the help of an expert to create new and better ways of thinking.

How is your company doing?  Could you use some help?  Let me know!
